Mosad Elmissiry
Dr. Mosad Elmissiry is Head of Energy Programmes in NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency, NPCA. The programmes are of regional nature and cover the African Continent. These include electrical, renewable, oil and gas. The position requires the provision of effective leadership which enables NEPAD Energy Sector fulfilling its mission of facilitating the implementation of regional and continental energy programmes and achieving regional integration.
Previously, he headed the Energy Technology Institute at the Scientific and Industrial Research and Development Centre (SIRDC) in Harare, Zimbabwe, which provides research and development services to industry and also provides expert advices and consultancy services in the energy field to governments, national, regional and international organizations.
