2016 Edulink II Stakeholders Conference
The third annual Stakeholders’ Conference took place on 5-6 July 2016 at the ACP House, Avenue George Henri 451, 1200 Brussels. The PARTICIPIA team was represented at the meeting by François Diaz Maurin (Project Manager, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona) and Gideon Gope (Namibia University of Science and Technology). The conference focused on Lessons learned and future perspectives. More details on the conference are provided in the agenda. 2015 Edulink II Stakeholders Conference
The second EDULINK II Stakeholders' Conference took place on the 7th and 8th of July 2015 at the ACP House, 451 Avenue Georges Henri, Brussels. The PARTICIPIA team was represented at the meeting by: François Diaz Maurin (Project Manager, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona) and Shamin Gaffoor (International Relations Information Management, Stellenbosch University).
The conference, entitled Realities in Achieving Results, focused on the practical aspects of ensuring projects’ expected results, impact and sustainability within the global development framework of improving the quality of learning and innovation that is paramount to achieving the desired inclusive development and economic goals in the ACP Member States. 2014 Joint Stakeholders Conference
The first Joint Stakeholders Conference of the Programmes: EDULINK II, ACP-Science & Technology Programme (S&T II), and ACP Caribbean & Pacific Research Programme for Sustainable Development took place 1-2 April, 2014 in Brussels, Belgium. The PARTICIPIA team was represented at the Joint Stakeholders Conference by: Mario Giampietro (UAB, project coordinatar), Lapologang Magole (Senior Researcher, University of Botswana), and Xavier Biarnés Mas (UAB, International Relations Project Manager).
The conference focused on Investing in the Knowledge Economy within ACP States. More details can be found in the agenda of the conference.
